proposed agreement and action thereunder is sent to every member

C. Easement for Utilities. The members' easements of enjoy-
ment shall be subject to easements, hereby reserved over, through
and underneath the Common Property, for present and future utility
services to TARPOtJ BAY YACHT CLUB, including, but not limited to,
easements for water pipes, sanitary sewer pipes, emergency sewer
lines, storm drainage pipes, sprinkler pipes, electrical wires, TV
wires, security wires and street lights. Easements for such
utility services are reserved by Developer and all buildings and
improvements which have been or may be constructed in TARPON BAY
YACHT CLUB, and Developer may grant specific easements over `
portions of the Common Property to utility companies.
D. Easement fcr Developer. The members' easements of
enjoyment shall be subject to an easemenr_ reserved by Developer,
for itself and its successors and assigns for future development
of TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB. As a material condition for ownership
of a unit or parcel in TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB and membership in the
Association, each member releases Developer and its successors and
assigns from any claim that the member might have for interference
with his quiet enjoyment of the Common Property due to the
development of TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB, whether or not the construc-

tion operations are performed on the Common Property, and each

aevelopment and improvement of the Common Property and the rest of
TARPON BAY YACHT CLUB.
E. Use Restrictions. The use of the Common Property shall
be subject to the following restrictions:
1. *lo outside clothesline or other clothes drying
facilities shall be permitted on the Common Property.
'v~ 2. Flo radio, television or other electronic antenna or
aerial may be erected or maintained anywhere on the Common
Property.
