- 3. The parking or storage of automobiles and other
motor vehicles, except upon paved areas, is prohibited.
4. The overnight parking or storage of trucks or
commercial vehicles is prohibited.
5. No boats, boat trailers, house trailers, motor
homes, trucks, camping trailers, motorcycles, motor scooters,
go-parts, motor bikes or other vehicles, whether of a recreational
nature or otherwise, except for four-wheel passenger automobiles,
shall be placed, parked or stored on the Common Property.
6. No maintenance or repair of automobiles shall be
allowed on the Common Property.
7. Members of the Association shall be assigned
one (1) specific parking spaces by the Association or by the
Developer. Parking spaces not specifically assigned to a member
shall be designated as "Unassigned" or "Guest". Members may use
unassigned spaces for second cars on a "First come, First served"
basis. No member shall use guest spaces, and the Board of
Directors of the Association shall be entitled to correct specific
instances felt by it to be misuse.
. 8. t7o member or guest shall post any advertisement or
poster, including any for sale or rent sign or poster, of any kind
on the Common Property, except this provision shall not apply to

9. No animals of any nature or type whatsoever shall

10. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried
on upon the Common Property, nor shall anything be done thereon
which may be or may become annoyance or nuisance to other
members.
11. All garbage and trash must be placed in the
containers provided by the Association.
12. No tree or shrub shall be cut down, removed, or
~ otherwise destroyed.
13. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein
contained, Developer may construct and maintain models and a sales
