BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly authorized to administer
oaths and take acknowledgments, personally appeared Jan E.
Browning who after being first duly cautioned and sworn, deposes
and says as follows:

under the laws of the STATE OF FLORIDA, being surveyor

2. This Certificate is made as to TARPOtJ BAY YACHT CLUB
CONDOMINIUM A located at Tarpon Bay Yacht Club, 3100
- Pruitt Road, Port St. Lucie, Florida.
3. The construction of the improvements comprising the
condominium is substantially complete so that the
materials that comprise Exhibit "B" to the Declaration
of Condominium, together with the provisions of said
Declaration describing the Condominium Property, are an '
accurate representation of the. location and dimensions
of the improvements, and the identification, location
and dimensions of the Common Elements within the
Condominium can be determined from the materials.
