The plural owners must file a certificate authorizing a voting member in accordance with Article VI, Section 7 of these By-Laws. AR'i'ICLL•' VI FIECTIIJGS OF i~tE?`9i3ERSiiIP Section 1. Place: All meetings of .the Association r,~ember- ship shall be geld at ttre office of the Association or such other place as may be stated in t}ie notice of the meeting. .Section 2. Annual I.leetiny: (a) The first annual meeting of the members shall be Held as set forth in the Articles of tiro Association, and each subsequent regular annual meeting of the r,?embers shall be held on the same day of the same month of each year thereafter, at the hour of 8:00 P.M. If the day for tt~e annual meeting of the members is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held at the same hour on the first day following which is not a loyal holiday. If the meeting is rescheduled, t}~e directors elected at the first annual meeting and tt~e officers elected as a result of tl~e directors' meeting will hold office until ttie annual rreeting is held. (b) At the annual meeting, the members, by a plurality vote, shall elect a 13oard of Directors and transact. such other business as may properly come before a meeting; (c) edritten notice of tt~e annual meeting shall be given to each unit owner and shall be posted in a conspicuous place on the condominium property at least fourteen (14) days prior to the annual j meeting. Such list shall be produced and kept far said ten (10) days at the office of the Association, and s}call be open to examination by any member throughout such time. Section 4.
