bers at a ]]~eetiny is required or permitted by any provision of '
law, the Declaration of Condominium, the Articles of Incorporation
or these By-Laws to be taken in connection with any action of the
Association, the meetiny and vote of members ]nay be dispensed
with, if all members who would have been entitled to vote upon the
action at such meeting, if such meeting were held, shall have con-
sented in writing to such action being taken.
Section 9. Order of Business: The order of business at
annual members' meetinys, and as far as practical at other
members' meetings, shall be; .
1. Election of Chairman
2. Roll call and•Quorum Determination
3. Proof of Notice of Meetiny or Waiver of [Notice
4. Reading of Minutes of Prior Meeting
5. Officers' Reports
6. Committee Reports
7. Elections
8. Unfinished Business
9. New Business
10. Adjournment
Section 10. Procedure: Roberts Rules of Order (latest
edition) small govern the conduct of Association proceedinys when
not in conflict with the Articles of Incorporation, these By-Laws
or any provision of law.
Section 11. Tar4on Bay Yacht Club Property Uwners
Association, Inc. shall be entitled to notice of all Association
' meetings, and shall be entitled to attend the Association
meetinys, and it may designate such person as it desires to attend
4 Association meetings on its behalf.
ARTICLE VII
NOTICES
Section 1. Definition: Except where expressly provided to
the contrary, whenever under the provisions of law, the
Declaration of Condominium, tt~e Articles of Incorporatio]] or these
By-Laws, notice is required to ioe given to any director or
member, it shall not be construed to mean personal notice; but
such notice may be yiven in writing by regular mail, by depositiny
the same in a post office or letter box in a postpaid, sealed
envelope, addressed as appears on the books of the Association.
e Section 2. Service of tJotice - Waiver: Whenever any notice

waiver thereof, in writinet, signed by the person(s) entitled to
such notice, wt~eti~er LeLOrF~ c;r ~~tt~~r the cimt~ stated herein, shall
be deemed the equivalent of suet: notice.
