Wherever the masculine singular for: of the pronoun is used
in these By-Laws, it shall be construed to mean the masculine,
feminine or neuter, singular or plural, wherever tt~e context so
requires.
Should any of the covenants herein imposed be void or
unenforceable at law or in equity, the remaining provisions of
this instrument shall nevertheless be and remain in full force and
effect.
These By-Laws and the Articles of Incorporation shall be
construed in the event of any ambiguity consistent with the
provisions of the Declaration of Condominium.
The foregoing were adopted as the By-Laws of:

a Florida tJon-Profit corporation, at the first meeting of the
Board of Directors.
