ORDER MODIFYING CHILD SUPPORT
THIS CAUSE, having come on to be heard on the. Husband's
Motion to Modify Child Support and Motion to Set Aside Final Judgment
and the Court having heard argument of counsel and testimony of both
parties and being otherwise fully and well advised in the premises, `
it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Husband's Motion to Set Aside
the Final Judgment shall be, and it is hereby, denied, It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that there has been a substantial
change in the Husband's circumstances since entry of the Final Judgment
in this matter and child support shall be and it is hereby modified
to require the Husband to pay $150.00 a month as and for child support
as of December 12, 1979.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
