peremptory challenges. Each Defendant shall have three (3)~peremptory
challenges.
7. JURY INSTRUCTIONS Proposed jury instructions, on a
separate sheet for each charge, shall be submitted to the Court at
the beginning of the trial, with copies to attorney. Additional
jury instructions shall be submitted no later than at the conclusion
of the testimony.
8. EXERCISE OF CHALLENGE Outside the hearing of the jury
in a manner selected by the Court. Rule 1.431(e).
