ORDER RESETTING TRIAL
THIS CAUSE COMING ON to be heard on the Motion of Plaintiff
for rescheduling of the Final Hearing set for Wednesday, March 12, 1980,
and the Court being advised that attorney for Defendant DALCA.tiIP, INC.,
lost his life by accident and this Defendant need additional time to
procure substitute counsel. Based thereon, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause is removed from the
trial docket of March 12, 1980 and rescheduled for trial for the

30th day of April, 1980 at 9:30 A. M., number Tcvu on the trial
docket.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that all trial subpeonas served and
returnable by all parties for the previous trial dates of February 13,
and March 12, 1980 shall remain in full force and effect and shall be
