Pursuant to the verdict rendered in this action,
IT IS ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs, LAWRENCE DONALD WILCOX
and MARCIA WILCOX, recover from Defendants, BENJAMIN H. FOOTE
an.~ S1LECTED RISKS INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $25,000.00
with their costs in the sum of $1,427.91 for which let execution
issue; and
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that Plaintiffs, LAWRENCE DONALD
WILCOX and MARCIA WILCOX, recover from the Defendant, BENJAMIN
H. FOOTE, the additional sum of $10,000.00 for which let no
execution issue until further order of this Court; and
IT IS FURTHER ADJUDGED that Defendant, SELECTED RISKS
INSURANCE COMPANY's, Motion to Limit Judgment to Policy Limits
is hereby denied and said Defendant shall have twenty (20) days
from the date of this Final Judgment within which to file a
cross-claim to determine whether or not the Defendant, SELECTED
RISKS INSURANCE COMPANY, in bad faith, refused to settle with
Plaintiffs within the limits of the coverage purportedly afforded.
