ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on before the court on Plaintiff's
motion for partial summary judgment, and the court being
fully advised in the premises, it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the court reserves ruling
on the motion for partial summary judgment and Plaintiff
will file a memorandum of law on same within three days
and Defendants shall have twenty days to respond to which
Plaintiff shall have an additional three days to reply.
