and/or Motion for More Definite Statement, Motion to Abate for
Improper Venue, and Motion to Strike prayer for Attorney's
Fees, and-the Court having heard argument of counsel for
Plaintiff, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Amended Motion to Dismiss
Plaintiff's Complaint and/or Motion for More Definite Statement,
Motion to Abate for Improper Venue, and Motion to Strike prayer

for Attorney's Fees, be and the same are hereby denied and the

twenty (20) days from the date of this Order to plead further.
