ORDER
THIS CAUSE coming on before the court on the Third-
Party Defendant's, HANOVER INSURANCE COMPANY, motion
to strike and, if appearing there is no claim against said
Third-Party Defendant for punitive damages, and the court
being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Third-Party Defendant's
HANOVER INSURANCE COP~ANY, motion to strike is hereby
denied.
