This cause having come on before the Court this 10th day
of March, 1980, on the Defendant, FRANK DeTHOMAS's Motion to
Dismiss Plaintiff's Complaint, and the Court hearing argument
of counsel and being otherwise fully advised in the premises,
it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, FRANK DeTHO.MAS's
Motion to Dismiss be and the same is hereby granted and the
Plaintiff is hereby granted ten (10) days from the date of
this Order to file an Amended Complaint.
DONE .AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of March, 1980.
