THIS CAUSE coming.on for hearing this 10th day of March,
1980, upon the second Motion for Assistance filed by the
Defendants, and the Court having heard argument of counsel
and having heard argument of the Defendants, and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the Defendants, ROBERT P. POWELEIT and CAROLE E.
POWELEIT, shall remove their personal furnishings and other
personal belongings from the garage located on the property
that was the subject matter of this foreclosure action, on or
before Sunday, March 16, 1980 by 5:00 p.m.
j (2) That the Defendants, ROBERT P. POWELEIT and CAROLE E.
POWELEIT, his wife, shall make a list identifying the property
t
removed from the premises and said Defendants shall not remove
any items from the premises that are not in the garage or any
items that the Plaintiff, FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, claims
p ownership of by virtue of the foreclosure.
(3) That the Defendants shall notify two days prior to
the date and time when they intend to remove the above-described
property, the FLORIDA BANK AT FORT PIERCE, so that a representative
of said bank can be present wher. the Defendants remove said items
from the premises.
(4) All other relief claimed in the Motion for Assistance
be and the same is hereby denied.
