FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial ,on all issues on
March 12, 1980, and the Defendant having defaulted after proper
notice and the Court having heard testimony, considered the pleadings
and affidavits filed herein and being otherwise fully and well
advised, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that-the Plaintiffs, AUBREY W. CARLESS
and PHYLLIS D.-CARLES~,.shall nave and recover of and from the
Defendant, KARL H. KELLER, the sum of $5,366.51, plus costs in the
amount of $39.00 and reasonable attorney's fees in the amount of
$ 500.00 fora total of $ 5,905.51 for all of which let execution
issue forthwith. It is further
~ ORDERED AND ADJDUGED that the Final Judgment previously
I entered in this cause shall be, and it is hereby, ruled null and void.
~ DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida
