O R D E R
This cause coming before the Court on March 13, 1980
upon the Plaintiff's Motions to have Final Judgment entered in
accordance with mandate from Fourth District Court of Appeal; to
have Order entered on taxable costs; and to have Order entered
releasing supersedeas bond and bond amount to the Plaintiff, and
the Court having reviewed said Motions, heard argument of counsel
and being otherwise duly informed in the premises it is hereby
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
1. Plaintiff's Motion. to have Final Judgment entered in
accordance with mandate from the Fourth District Court of Appeal
of Florida is hereby granted, and the Final Judgment will be entered
by this Court pursuant to the form of Final Judgment as filed.
2. Plaintiff's Motion for award of taxable costs is hereby
granted and Plaintiff is hereby awarded the sum of
which are due and pay ble by the Defendants to the Plaintif f~ e x c P~~

L 3. Plaintiff s Motion to have civil supersedeas bond and
bond amount released is hereby granted and the civil supersedeas
bond filed by the Plaintiff on or about May 16,.1979 is hereby /A
null and void, and the Clerk of this Court is ordere to wit ~

from the registry of the Court the amount of $5,000 an~ f~ward a
check for $5,000 made payable to OUTDOOR RESORTS OF AMERICA, INC.,
forwarding such check to the attorney for the Plaintiff, SCOTT J.
