ORDER ASSESSING COSTS AND FEES
This cause came on for hearing on the following motions
filed by the Defendants O. WAYNE ROLLINS, et al, Owners of
Parcel 101, to-wit: -
1. Motion to tax cost and assess fees per the Order
of the Fourth District Court of Appeal entered
July 18, 1979
2. Motion to tax trial costs and assess fees and
interest
and counsel for plaintiff having voiced no objection to any
of the cost items set forth in said motions other than the
engineering cost paid to Kimley-Horn and Associates by the
Defendants, and the Court having considered evidence offered
by both parties as to attorney's fees and evidence offered
by the Defendants as to engineering expense, and the Court
having considered argument by counsel, it is thereupon
ORDERED ArID ADJUDGED as follows:
1. Appellate costs in the amount of $738.25 are hereby
assessed~in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiff.
2. Trial costs in the amount of $3,984.40 are hereby
assessed in favor of the Defendants and against the Plaintiff,
