said sum representing appraisal expenses in the amount of
$3,500; engineering expense of Richard Hellstrom & Associates
in the amount of $450.00, and costs incurred by Defendants'
counsel in the amount of $34.40.
3. Interest in the amount of $22,813.26 is hereby
assessed in favor of the Defendants and against the Plain-
tiff.
4. Attorneys fees for both trial and appellate services
in the amount of $51,337.20 are hereby assessed in favor of
the Defendants and against the Plaintiff.
5. An expert witness fee in the amount of $250.00
is hereby assessed in favor of the Defendants and against the
Plaintiff; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Plaintiff DIVISION OF ADMINIS-
TRATION, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION shall
forthwith deposit in the registry of this court tine sum of
$56,309.85 representing the total of items 1, 2, 4 and 5
set forth above and the Clerk, without further order of this
Court, shall .disburse the same to counsel for the Defendants,
NEILL GRIFFIN JEFFRIES & LLOYD, CHARTERED; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Plaintiff DIVISION OF AD-
MINISTRATION;, STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION
shall forthwith deposit in the registry of this court the
sum of $22,813.26 representing item 3 above, and the Clerk,
without further order, shall disburse the same to Defendants
O. WAYNE ROLLI1iS, et al, Owners of Parcel 101; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Court reserves ruling on
the engineering expenses paid to Kimsey-Horn and Associates
in the amount of $8,435.96 and Defendants are directed to
furnish counsel for Plaintiff a detailed breakdown of said
engineering expense reflecting persons performing services,
services performed and rates charged and said expense shall
