THIS INDENTURE, executed the day of February ,
19 80 between GEORGE R. ASHLEY, JR.,
as personal representative of the Estate of GEORGE R. ASHLEY,
deceased, Party of the First Part, and QUILLEN SERVICES, INC.,

W I T N E S S E T H
Party of the First Part, pursuant to the Order of the Cir-
cuit Court for St. Lucie County, Florida, dated iy1~A,-c~ 198~J,
and in consideration of the premises, the sum of $10.00 and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
self, aliens, remises, conveys and confirms to the Part y, of the
Second Part, and assigns forever, that certain
real property in St. Lucie County, Florida, described as:
Lcts 13 and 16, AMENDED PLAT OF STOUDER'S SUBDIVISION,
as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 4, page 18,
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.

TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the Party of the Second
Part, _ and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the Party of the First Part does covenant to and with
