AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM
OF
11IGtl POINT OF FORT PIERCE COND06lINIUM SECTION II
TO ADD PHASE XV
T1iIS AMENDMENT (the "Amendment") to the Declaration of
Condominium of High Point of Fort Pierce Condominium Section II
to add Phase Xy _ is made this 15th day of February
19 80 by t1IGH POINT EQUITIES, INC., a Florida corporation (the
"Developer"),
WtIEREAS, pursuant to the Condominium Act, Chapter 718, Florida
Statutes, 1976 (the "Act"), Developer has established High Point of
Fort Pierce Condominium Section II (the "Condominium") according
to the Declaration of Condominium (the "Declaration") thereof
recorded in Official Records Book 304, Page 1396 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
tVHEREAS, the Condominium is a "Phase Condominium" as contem-
plated by Section 718.403 of the Act as stated in Article-1 of the
Declaration; and
m WHEREAS, the Declaration provides for additional "Phases"
c ~ (as described and defined in the Declaration) to be added to the
~ Condominium; and

C ~ WHEREAS, Developer desires to add Phase XV to the Condo-
minium as a part thereof.
c NOW, THEREFORE, Developer as the owner in fee simple of the
o z "Phase Xt~ Land" (as defined in the Declaration and described
~ W on Exhibit O thereto and Exhibit A hereto) and all of the
~ Wimprovements shown on the Survey, Plot Plan and Graphic Descrip-
~ o ~ Ction of Improvements Phase XV High Point of Fort Pierce Condo-
oN-+3 m minium Section II attached hereto as Exhibit B and made a part
o ~ ~ hereof (the "Attached Survey") hereby states and declares that

m m ~ ~ Attached Survey is hereby submitted to condominium ownership and
~o~~Gadded as a part of the Condominium.
