FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the ~ day of ~,~~ft ,
1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi-
dence finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of hus-
band and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.
It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between WILLIAM
JOSEPH ABBATE and JUDY ROSE ABBATE be and the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of WILLIAM DAVID ABBATE, minor child
of the parties is hereby awarded to JUDY ROSE ABBATE.
3. PROPERTY. That there is no real or personal property to
be divided by the parties.

4. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying
the other. .
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this Sday of 1980.
