by this Court at a hearing' to be set upon motion and it is,
ORDERED that upon entry of this Final Judgment, the
Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATE-OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION, shall deposit the additional sum of FIVE THOUSAND
FOUR HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE ($5,465.00) and No/100 dollars into the
Registry of this Court, and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to
the Defendants, FIRST BANK AND TRUST COMPANY OF BOCA RATON, as trustee,
and subject to interest, if any, of Daniel y. Knowles, Jr., Tax Col-
lector, St, Lucie County, Florida, the aforesaid sum of FORTY-THREE
THOUSAND ($43,000,00) and No/100 dollars for parcel #109, less any
sums heretofpre paid to the above-named Defendants, and it is further,
ORDERED that title to the followin;*. described property,
