BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority personally appeared
SANDRA G. STRICKLAND, formerly known as SANDRA KAY TAYLOR, ,
who first being duly sworn on oath deposes and says as
follows:
1. This affidavit is given with reference to a certain
parcel of land and improvements thereon, legally described as .

plat thereof, on file as recorded in Plat Book 8, Page
77, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.-
2. That affiant was single at the time she purchased

single until her marriage to James N. Strickland.
3. That the purpose of this Affidavit is to establish for

one and the same person.
