The petitioner, DONALD F. REED, alleges: o -

1. Petitioner has an interest in the-above estate
as the son of the decedent and the personal representative
named in~her last will. Petitioner's name and address are
Donald F. Reed, 901 Cassie Drive, Joliet, IL 60435; and
the name and address of petitioner's attorney are as set
forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, HARRIETTE S. REED, whose last known
address was 501 N.W. Ferris Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 33452,
died on January 2, 1980 at St. Joseph Hospital, Joliet,
Illinois, and at the time of death decedent was domiciled
in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries
~~of this estate, all of whom are o~~er 18 years of age, their
addresses and relationships to the decedent are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because
decedent was a resident of St. Lucie County as of her date

the decedent's last will.
