6. The nature and approximate value of the assets
in this estate are real and personal property having a value
of less than $60,000.
7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or
codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph
8.
8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated
October 12, 1957, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioner would further allege unto the Court
that on May 23, 1972 (the date of conveyance of the real
. property which is a portion of the within estate assets)
Harriette S.-Reed was and had been married to Ralph L. Reed
and that said marriage remained continuous and uninterrupted
through the date of Ralph L. Reed's death on April 4, 1976.
Petitioner requests that the decedent's will be admitted
to probate and that he be appointed personal represen~ative
of the Florida estate of the decedent, to serve without
bond, bond having been expressly waived by decedent's will.
Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have
read the foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the
best of my knowledge and belief.
