~ Burial Instructions: It is my desire that my

body be buried in a Christian-like manner befitting my ~

circumstances in life.

Simultaneous Death: If any person, including

my wife LORETTA J. RODEN, and I should die under circum-
stances that there is a question as to which of us died first;
'j my wife shall be deemed to have survived me. Any other
,person shall be deemed to have predeceased me.

; Joint Property: All property, real or personal, ~
I ~ ~
tangible or intangible, which I shall own at the time of my
death jointly, or otherwise in the name of myself and any

bother person, which shall inure thereon to that person, shall
'r upon my death become their sole property should they survive

me. It is my understanding that all right, title and
' i
~~interest in such property will pass by operation of law to f
'such person upon my death. Nevertheless I hereby eliminate
any doubt and declare my intent as to the right of such
4~person to succeed to full and immediate possession and
ownership .
