I, MARION E. PODEYN, a citizen and resident of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
Florida, being of sound mind and memory, do hereby make, ordain, publish and
declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking arty and all other
Wills and/or Codocils by me hereto fore made, that is to say:
FIRST -
If I am survived by my husband, F.hlIL M. PODEYN, i give, bequeath and devise
unto him all of iqv property, of every kind and nature, and wherever located.
SECOND
If I am not survived by ~ said husband, but am survived by IItY daughter,
JACQUELINE E. POINTNER (Mrs. ROBERT C. POIPiTNER) now of Proctor Star Route, Williams-
port, Penns;t?vania, I give, bequeath and devise all of mbr said property and net
estate to said daughter.
THIRD
I' If I am survived by neither B1Y said husband nor my said daughter:

I give, bequeath and devise all of the remainder of my property and net

estate to the two children of my husband's brother, CHARLES H. PODEYN (deceased),
namely, BETTY NELLE (Podeyn) ATKI?1S, 5818 LaBelle St Orlando, Florida, and RICHAP,D
PODEYN, 4247 Habana Avenue, Jacksonville, Florida, in equal shares.
FOURTH
I hereby appoint my husband, E2~IL I4. PODEYN, as Executor of this itiiil.
if, for any reason, rrLv said husband does not serve as such Executor, or does not
co~:plete the administration of ~1Y estate, I hereby appoint my daughter, JACQUELINE
F. FOiNTI:ER, as Executirx hereof. I hereby provide that no bond or other security
oe required of either aiY said Executor or Executirx as such personal representative
of my estate. And, in addition to the powers given them by the Laws of the State
of Florida, I authorize my Executor, his successors or substitutes, and each of
they;±o have t.hP f_bllowine rowers and discretions, as, in the unrestricted judgment
of my said personal representative, is deemed advisable for the better management
