PETITION FOR ADMINISTRATION
The petitioner, GEORGE F. KRUG, JR., alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above estate as the
nominated personal representative of the estate, Petitioner's
name and address is GEORGE F. KRUG, JR., 31 Harmony Hill Road,
Granby, Connecticut 06035, and the name and address of petitioner's
attorney is as set 'forth at the end of this petition.
2. Decedent, GEORGE F, KRUG, whose last known address "
was 215 North 29th Street, Fort Pierce, Florida, and whose age was
76 years old, and whose social security number was 109-26-4979A
died on February 29, 1980, at Fort Pierce, Florida, and at the time
of death decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known, the names of the beneficiaries of
this estate, their addresses and relationship to decedent, and the
ages of any who are minors, are:

4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because dece-
dent died owning assets in this county.
5. George F. Krug, Jr., whose address is 31 Harmony Hill
Road, Granby, Connecticut 06035, and who is qualified under the laws
of the State of Florida to serve as personal representative of
decedent's estate, is entitled to preference and appointment as per-
sonal representative because he is the nominated personal represen-
tative in the decedent's will.
