7. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked will or codicil
of decedent other than is set forth in paragraph eight.
-8. The original of the decedent's last will, dated July 15,
1969, accompanies this petition.
Petitioner request that the decedent's will be admitted to
probate and that GEORGE F. KRUG, JR., be appointed personal repre-
sentative of the Florida estate of the decedent.
Under penalties of perjury I declare that I have read the
foregoing and the facts alleged are true, to the best of my knowledge
and belief.
