revoke and annul any and all Wills and Codicils thereto by me at any time
heretofore made, and do hereby make, publish and declare this instrument

I will and direct that all of my just debts, funeral expenses and
expenses of my last illness be paid as soon as practicable after my death. !

It is my further will and I hereby direct that my body be cremated. ~

I give, bequeath and devise all of my estate, .including any property
~ over which I have a power of appointment, and all real, personal and intangible j
i property, of whatever kind, character and description, and wherever situated
as follows: ~
A. One-third thereof to my wife, ALICE PHOEBE KRUG.
~ B. Two-thirds thereof to my son, GEORGE KRUG, who presently
resides at 31 Toysome Lane, Deer Park, New York.

all of my aforesaid estate to my son, GEORGE KRUG.
