AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENTllis entered into this 12th day of
February , Z87S, by and between CITY OF FORT PIERCE,
FLORIDA, a municipal corporation, party of the first part,
and KINCHEN L. HARRIS and LOUISE H. RUNYON, party of the
second part.
WHEREAS, the CITY OF FORT PIERCE, FLORIDA, a municipal
corporation, has undertaken a project which is a Sanitary
Sewer project known as Tropical Beach Subdivision area,
Sanitary Sewer Project, and
WHEREAS, various properties determined to be benefited
by this project were assessed for the special improvement to
that property on a front footage basis, and
WHEREAS, a special agreement was reached by the party
of the first part with the party of the second part in
relation to the amount of assessment to be paid now, and the
balance of the assessment being paid when the described
property was hooked up to the sewer lines.
IT IS STIPULATED AND AGREED by and between the below-
signed parties, for $10.00 and other valuable considerations
as follows:
(1) The legal description of the property benefited to
which the assessment applies as fol~Iows:
The North 150 feet of the South 386.4 feet
of the East 273 feet of Government Lot 6,
all lying in Section 1, Township 35 South,
Range 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida.
(2) That the estimated assessment is $4,880.65.
(3) That this agreement shall hecor.:e a covenant running y
with the Iand,and shall be binding on the successors of the
party of the second part, their heirs or assigns.
(4) That the party of the second party hereby agree
that they will be responsible for paying and hereby obligate
themselves to pay fifty percent (50$) of the actual assessment
for this project to the property described above, upon com-
pletion of the project before a lien is filed, or will pay
