percent (6$) interest from the time the City lien is filed,
fifty percent (50$) of the final assessment on the above
described property, as determined at the completion of the
project.
That the party of the second part further agrees
that they, or their successors or assigns will pay the
balance of the total assessment, or the second half of said
assessment, when the described property is developed, or
when the property is connected to the City sewer lines.
(5) That it is further .agreed between the parties that
this Agreement will be recorded in the Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
