ORDER ON TEMPORARY RELIEF
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard this 10th day of March, 1980,
upon the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief, and the Court,
after hearing argument of counsel, and upon stipulation of the
parties as follows, to wit:
1. That the Wife shall have temporary custody of the
children of the parties with reasonable visitation reserved to
the Husband, to wit: 1:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. on SUNDAYS, and the
Husband shall drive up promptly to pick up said children and the
Wife shall usher them to the front door without any confrontation
or provocation of either of the parties herein, adequately clothed
and equipped, and the Husband .shall promptly return said children
~ at 6:00 P.M., and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises,

it is thereupon
ORDERED and ADJUDGED:
1. STIPULATION. That the stipulation heretofore entered
by the parties aspstated above is hereby ratified and confirmed
by the Court, and each party is hereby ordered to abide by the
same.
2. SUPPORT: That beginning, FRIDAY, MARCH 14, 1980, the
Husband shall pay to the Wife as temporary child support, the amount
of THIRTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($35.00) per week for the support
of the children named in the Petition, which sum shall be remitted
promptly by the Clerk to ROSE MARIE DARRISAW WALKER. In addition
thereto, there is hereby assessed against RICHARD C. WALKER, the
