All payments shall be made in cash,'money order or cashier's check.
The Husband and Wife are hereby ordered to keep the Clerk of the
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this Order is in effect. The Husband's address is:
27 East 7th Street, Stuart, Florida 33494 and the Wife's address is:
201 Essex Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450•
3. MORTGAGE PAYMENT: That the Husband is hereby ordered to pay
the monthly mortgage payments on the home of the parties.
4. FURNITURE PAYMENT: That the Husband shall pay each
installment to Badcock's Furniture Store for the payment of the
furniture herein.
5. AUTOMOBILE: That the'Husband shall deliver to the Wife
the Vega automobile in proper operating condition, and all documents
necessary on said automobile until further Order of this Court.
6. RESTRAINING ORDER: That each of the parties herein is
hereby restrained from molesting, harassing, or otherwise bothering
each other in any manner whatsoever. This restraining order is
enforceable by the Sheriffs of the State of Florida and their
deputies and the Sheriffs ar their deputies shall take the offending
party into custody without further order of this Court.
7. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further Orders as may
be proper.
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers in St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of March, 1980.
