hereby releases the original Obligors) from further obligations or liability
- under the mortgage or note referred to above.
• 4. Except as specifically designated herein, nothing here shall
constitute a change or amendment to the aforementioned promissory note and
~aortgage, the provisions of which are specifically reaftinaed by the new
obligor(s).
- -5. This Agreement is binding upon the heirs, personal representa-
tives, successors and assigns of the parties. -
6. The Owner(s) shall be bound to the Association to the same ex-
ten~ and in the same manner as if the Owner(s) were Mortgagor(s) under said -
mortgage and the maker(s) of all promissory notes secured thereby. -

7. The Association hereby agreesc•that the credit of the Owner(s) 1
is satisfactory and that the above stated new interest rate payable on the I
- sums secured by said mortgage is also satisfactory, and the Association
hereby consents to the sale, transfer and/or conveyance of the mortgaged
