COMES NOW the Plaintiff, AAROtt HUSTON, by and through his
undersigned attorney, takes and enters his Appeal to the Fourth
District Court of Appeal of State Of Florida, to review the Order
of Final Judgement of the Circuit Court of the Nineteenth Judi-
cial Circuit, St. Lucie, County, Florida, bearing date the 4th
day of January 1980 entered in the above styled cause and record-
ed in the records of said Court in Official Record Book 323 on
Page 686, and to review the ORDER DENYING MOTIONS-FOR NEW TRIAL
entered by the said Circuit Court on February 14, 1980 and bearin
date the 14th day of February 1980 entered in the above-styled
cause and recorded in the records of said Court in Official Recor
-Book 325 Page 2473 and the Defendants/Respondants to said cause
is CALLED UPON TO TAKE NOTICE OF THE ENTRY OF THIS APPEAL.
