Top slide swivel-mounted for two positions on base of
compound rest. The base with bull#-In hydraulic cylinder
is directly clamped to the machine bed, the top slide with
incorporated hydraulic cylinder is guided on the base,
including one roller shaft mounted to top slide, furthermore
with stroke adjustment for top slide during spinning and
when returning Into starting position.
Longitudinal travel, -

Transverse travel,
effective length approx . 250 mm = 10"

Radially adjustable copying device with tracer control and
adjustable copying tracer holder for the hydraulic compound
rest, incorporated in the automatic cycle.

Copyinq template carrier arranged in parallel direction to
the center axis of mechtne. With especially large supporting
surface for fastening of basic template.

Multiple template unit for effecting necking-in and spinning
jobs. Here adjustment of any number of template positions
of the swivel or necking-in template respectively can be
obtained.
~ Four infinitely variable feed rates for the longitudinal
feed slide so that different independent sNeeds for advance
and return motion of the slide as well as for planishin~ and -
smoothing after the spinning resp. necking-in-operation can
be selected.
