Township 34 South, Range 40 East); thence North 5.5 chaise; East 1559.70
feet; more or less to the West right-of-way of Old Dixie Highway (said
highway being 30 feet wide); thence Northwesterly along said Fleet right-
of-way line 170 feet; thence Southwesterly to point on East line of land
to Renner in Deed Book 118, ,page SI3, which point is 104.15 feet North
of aforesaid 1559.70 feet line; thence South 204.15 feet thence East to
said Point of Beginning.
