mises, releases. conveys and conjirnts unto the grantee. all that certain Land situate in St. LUCle '
County. Florida, viz;
That part of Tract "A" , Dg'LTON' S P.IVF.RVIEW SUBDIVISION, as per plat
thereof on file in Plat Book 9, page 43, of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
Start at the NW corner of said Tract "A" and run N 90° E along the
North property line of said Tract "A", a distance of 162.00 feet to
the point of beginning: Thence continue to run N 90° E a distance of
167.08 feet to the Westerly R/W of U. S. Highway No. 1 as layed out
and now in use, thence run Southeasterly along said R/W being a curve
of Radius 3650.49 feet a distance of 83.00 feet, thence run S74°59'13"W
a distance of 197.97 feet, thence run N2°04'17"W a distance of 129.11
feet to the Point of Beginning.
Being Parcel 3 of an unrecorded survey of said Tract "A".
THIS IS A CORRECTIVE DEED to clarify and correct the. legal description
appearing in that certain warranty deed~of conveyance from M. R. Melton and
Katie Melton, his wife, to Grantee, dated August 20, 1974, recorded in O. R.
Book 231 at page 2614 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
