SPECLAL ORDER TAXING COSTS
THIS CAUSE came on for consideration by the Court on the
Court's own motion to tax costs for expenses of the non-judicial
panalists herein, and the Court being otherwise fully advised in
the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That the panel was in~hearing session on six separate days
or portions thereof.
2. That MICHAEL J. MITCHELL and NANCY A. MITCHELL are ordered
to pay expenses of $600.00 to each of the non-judicial panalists
herein and the same are hereby specially taxed as costs in this
action against said petitioners.
3. That this Order is subject to reconsideration by appropriate
motion to tax costs by plaintiffs.
DONE AND ORDERED this i ° day of March in chambers.
