2. The description of the property is as follows:

recorded in Plat Book 17, Page 2, St. Lucie,
County, Florida,~public records.
- 3. That on the day of conveyance as stated above, the
iabove described real property was not homestead to the Grantor,
John B. McGovern; that the property was unimproved property; and
