To Nave and to liold said mortgage property to the said The Peoples Bank of Carrville, heirs and assigns, in -
fee simple. Nevertheless, if we would pay or cause to be paid, in full, the above note ,and
all other and further indebtedness that we may make or cause to be made, ~n the day - the same becomes
