THIS CAUSE having come on upon motion of the Plaintiffs,
through counsel, for the appointment of Guardian and Attorney
Ad Litem for the absent unrcnown defendants, defendants in the
military services of the United States of America, minor defendants
and also to represent defendants non compos mentis or otherwise
under legal disability, if any, and it appearing to the Court
that such Motion is well taken and the Court being otherwise
advised in tre premises, it is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
