O R D E R
THIS MATTER having come on for hearing before the
Court upon the Petition of GROVER MAE DOZIER, as Personal
Representative of the Estate of Charlie Bacon, deceased, Plain-
tiff, and the Court being fully advised in the premises finds
as follows:
1. That the. recitals in the petition are adopted
by the Court and are found to be proper.
2. That the proposed settlement in the total sum of
$12,500.00 from the Defendants, KAY ONE GROVES LIMITED, TRA-
t VELERS INSURANCE COMPANY and JONATHON DARYL WALDRON, appears
~ reasonable and just under the circumstances as presented to

the Court, therefore it is

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED
1. That GROVER MAE DOZIER, as Personal Representative
of'the Estate of Charlie Bacon, deceased, Plaintiff, shall
be allowed to settle all claims of the estate with the Defendants,
KAY ONE GROVES LIMITED, TRAVELERS INSURANCE COMPANY and JONATHON
DARYL WALDRON for the total -sum of $12,500.00 and the settle-

2. That GROVER MAE DOZIER, as Personal Representative
of the Estate of Charlie Bacon, deceased, Plaintiff, shall be'
