PETITION FOR SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION
The undersigned Petitioner alleges:
1. Petitioner has an interest in the above Estate as the
surviving spouse and sole beneficiary under the decedent's last Will.
Petitioner's name and address are as set forth in Paragraph 3, and the
name and address of Petitioner's attorney are as set forth at the end
of this Petition.
2. Decedent, MICHAEL J. McAULEY, whose last known address was
300 Holly Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452, whose age was 66
years, and whose Social Security Number was 054-30-7463, died on
October 30, 1979, at For-t Pierce, Florida, and at the time of death
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
3. So far as is known,-the names of the beneficiaries of this
Estate, their addresses and relationships to decedent, and the ages of ~
any who are minors, are:
BRIDGET McAULEY, surviving spouse, over 18 years of age;
300 Holly Avenue -
Port St. Lucie, Florida 33452
. 4. Venue of this proceeding is in this county because the
decedent was domiciled in St. Lucie County, Florida.
5. The assets in this Estate and their estimated values are
as follows:
