It is proposed that all assets of the decedent be dis- tributed or disposed of as follows: To. BRIDGET~McAULEY, sole beneficiary: All assets set forth in Paragraph 5 above. 9. Petitioner is unaware of any unrevoked Will or Codicil of decedent other than as set forth in Paragraph 10. 10. The original of the decedent's last Will, dated May 7, 1976, and subscribed by BARBARA G. ARBER and MICHAEL S. McCARTY, as attesting witnesses, is in the possession of this Court. 11. Decedent's Will does not direct administration as required by Chapter 733, Florida Statutes. WHEREFORE, Petitioner requests that the decedent's last Will be admitted to probate and that an Order of Summary Administration be entered directing distribution of the assets in this Estate in accordance with the schedule set forth in Paragraph 8 of this Petition.
