whose addresses are set forth above are qualified under

the laws of Florida to serve as personal representatives
of the decedent's estate and are entitled to preference
in appointment as personal representatives because they are `
named as such under ARTICLE IV of decedent's last will.
6. The nature and approximate value of the assets in
this estate are:
Personal property having a value of less than
$60,000.00.
7. Petitioners are unaware of any unrevoked Will
or Codicil other than as set forth in Paragraph 8. -
8. The original of the decedent's last Will dated
September 1, 1978, accompanies this petition.
9. Petitioners acknowledge that they are qualified
to act as personal representatives under the laws of the ~
State of Florida; that they will faithfully administer the '
estate of said decedent according to law, and that FERNE F.
STI]CHER hereby designates CHESTER B. GRIFFIN, a resident
of St. Lucie County, Florida, .whose residence address is 151

i for service of process in any suit or action against her
in her representative capacity, or personally if such personal
action accrued in the administration of this estate.

admitted to probate and that they be appointed personal
represenentatives of the estate of the decedent.
