I, CLARE M. STECHER, of St. Lucie County, Florida, do ~
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and
Testament, and hereby revoke any and all other Wills and
Codicils heretofore made by me. ~
CLAUSE I: I direct that all of my just debts, includ-
ing the expenses of my last illness and funeral expenses, i
together with all inheritance, estate, succession, or similar
taxes, charges or liens, including interest and penalties, im-
posed.on th.e occasion and by reason of my death on account of
i
any monies or other property, whether or not passing under or
by virtue of this, my Will, or on account of the succession to
any such monies or other property by any legatee, devisee, bene-
ficiary or other person, by any present or future laws of t
Florida, or any other jurisdiction, without apportionment, be
i
paid out of the Charitable Remainder Residuary Trust under
that certain First Restatement of Revocable Inter Vivos Trust
Agreement created by me with CLARE M. STDCHER and SUN BANK OF

St. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce, Florida, on the 1st day of

September 1978, to the extent that there are assets in

said Charitable Remainder Residuary Trust under said Revocable
Inter Vivos Trust or that there .are funds collectible by,
or distributable to, the Trustee of said Revocable Inter Vivos
Trust at my death. I further direct that all such taxes,
charges and liens shall not be recovered or sought to be recovered

from any legatee, devisee, beneficiary or other person entitled
to such monies or other property under this, my Last Will.
