not passing under or by vixtue of this, my T~Iill,. as a part
of my probate estate, shall also be paid from that certain
Revocable Inter Vivos Trust Agreement hereinabove referred
to. My personal representative shall determine the amount
of debts, including the expenses of mY last illness and funeral
expenses, together with-the amount of taxes so payable, and
shall certify said amount to the Trustee of the aforementioned
Revocable Inter Vivos Trust. The Trustee shall be entitled
to rely absolutely upon such determination and certification.
CLAUSE IT: I give and devise all of my personal ef-
fects, household goods, furniture, glassware, silverware,
jewelry, books and all similar items located in my home, and
all automobiles and family stores which I may own•at the time of
my death to my wife, FERNE F. STECIiER, provided that she sur-
. wives me. In the event that my said wife does not survive me,
then all of the above-mentioned items of tangible personal
property shall become a part of the residue of my estate and
'i shall pass as apart of my residuary estate.

CLAUSE III: All of the rest, residue and remainder of

my property, real and personal, wherever situate and whether

acquired before or after the execution of this Will (including
renounced, lapsed or void gifts, bequests or devises, whether t
or not of a residuary nature, and including the proceeds of

any policies of insurance that may be payable to my estate); I
give and devise to SUN BANK OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, Fort Pierce,
Florida, or its corporate successor, as Trustee under that
certain First Restatement of Revocable Inter Vivos Trust Agree-
3 meet dated the lst day of September 197$, (which
~ Trust Agreement is naw in existence), to be held and disposed

of pursuant to the terms of said Trust Agreement.
